🦸‍♂️ City of Lights Freedom Run 2026 🦸‍♀️ 📅 April 25 | ⏰ 8:00 AM Start (Fun Run at 9:00 AM) The city needs heroes… and that means YOU. Join us for the annual Freedom Run and suit up for a morning of purpose, power, and impact! Whether you're flying through 13.1 miles or walking with your family, every step helps us push back darkness in our community. 🏃‍♀️ 1/2 Marathon – For the endurance heroes 🏃 5K – Fast, fierce, and powerful 👟 Fun Run – Perfect for families and future superheroes (starts at 9:00 AM) 📍 Location: All races will take place on the Horse Creek Trail, starting at the trailhead at Bevill State Community College 🛤️ Course Details: • 5K: Out-and-back entirely on the trail • Half Marathon: Two out-and-back loops on the trail 💧 On the Course: • Water stations along the route • Fuel station for half marathon runners 🎽 Swag & Awards: • All runners receive a race T-shirt • Half marathon finishers receive a medal 🏅 • Awards for each age category (5K & Half) ⏱️ Timing: • Chip timing provided by The Right Time 🔗 View the course map: https://onthegomap.com/?route=019cc982-8ffa-76fa-b561-e12511e0c81b&context=share All registration proceeds go directly to City of Lights Dream Center, supporting women and families overcoming poverty, addiction, and crisis.
