The KultureCity Birmingham Race is Returning November 21st 2026! KultureCity® is the world’s leading nonprofit for sensory accessibility and inclusion for those with sensory needs and invisible disabilities. Join us for the 3rd annual KultureCity Birmingham Race on November 21, 2026, in Birmingham, Alabama. This event features a 5K and Half Marathon, all supporting KultureCity’s mission for sensory accessibility.You can also support the race by running the distance virtually!  Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-time participant, the KultureCity Birmingham Race promises a memorable experience. We will start in front of the Powell Steam Plant, home to the future National Accessibility Park. Both the 5K and Half Marathon courses are chip-timed, flat and fast- get ready for a PR! This is a sensory accessible event, and support will be onsite for anyone who needs it. No matter which distance you choose, whether the 5K or Half Marathon, you’ll be part of something bigger: setting goals, training hard, raising awareness, and promoting a future where everyone belongs. After the race, celebrate your hard work with us at the Race Celebration Village!  Together we Make the Nevers Possible®.
