Race Description: The Laufvergnügen (German Fun Run) is Back!

Laufvergnügen is German for Fun Run! Old Dominion Racing, is excited to give you a great Oktoberfest experience. Come run, and have a near beer (race is on NPS property, so real beer won't be permitted) and some pretzels and brats!

This race has been changed to a virtual race due to complications with the federal government shutdown.

We will have the biggest Spread of Octoberfest food you’ll ever eat! Provided by Ruta Brats, Near Beer, Pretzels, Handmade Mustard, Buns, and Sauerkraut

Prizes: Top three places for male and female overall for each race.

Raffle: We will be raffling great prizes, including (raffles will occur on our Instagram account):

Garmin GPS watch Free registrations to future ODR races ODR t-shirts, and more Race Details: The virtual race will start this weekend (Friday, Oct. 10th and end Oct. 31st at midnight EDT)

That said, we want to make sure you still receive everything that we are able to give you.

In addition, we’re honoring a free $20 voucher at either of the Ruta Restaurants (www.rutadc.us). Just show your race bib, and they’ll stamp it in exchange for a free meal (up to $20 - one use per bib). This offer is valid through the end of October.   Packet Pickup: You can pick up all of your swag at the Arlington, VA Potomac River Run & Walk store any day this weekend:
