The Experience
The Southernmost Marathon & Half invites runners to the unique setting of Key West, Florida, the southernmost island in the contiguous United States. This race, first run in 2017 and now in its 8th edition, offers a distinctive escape from the ordinary.
Runners can choose between the half marathon and a 10K, both courses winding through vistas of the ocean and gulf. The route also highlights Key West's iconic landmarks, providing a scenic backdrop for the ~367 finishers typically seen on race day. The start and finish are located at Higgs Beach.
Participants receive an event t-shirt and a finisher medal. The race is organized by Integrity Multisport™, encouraging participants to "Race with Integrity™" as they enjoy the tropical atmosphere.

On October 11, 2026, runners will converge on the southernmost island in the contiguous United States and enjoy a break from the ordinary. Run Conch Republic gives runners a choice of 13.1 or 6.2 miles of ocean and gulf views, as well as iconic Key West landmarks. Join us this fall in Key West. Come for the race and stay for a great time! All participants will receive an event t-shirt at packet pick up and finisher medal after completing the race.
