Greenfield, Indiana, welcomes its first-ever Hancock Half Marathon & 5K, a race designed to be accessible for all levels of runners. The event begins and ends at Depot Street Park, taking participants on a scenic tour through Brandywine Park, Riley Park, and Beckenholdt Park.

This inaugural run, first held in 2025, aims to foster a strong sense of community. With approximately 250 finishers in its recent edition, the race draws participants from around seven states, offering a local flavor with a broader appeal. The course is a loop, primarily on paved roads with minimal elevation change, making it a potentially fast day for those looking to set a personal best.
