The Experience

The LBL Bridge to Bridge Trail Run presents a distinctive 22K journey through the heart of Kentucky's Land Between the Lakes. Runners begin by traversing the expansive Lake Barkley Bridge, offering initial wide-open views before descending into the natural beauty of the Central Hardwoods Scenic Trail. This section winds through picturesque woodlands, providing a serene and shaded environment.

The course transitions from paved highway paths to the more rugged Central Hardwoods trail, culminating at Fenton. The final leg involves crossing the impressive Kentucky Lake Bridge, leading to a finish line situated along Highway 80. This event is designed for individual competitors as well as two- and three-person relay teams, adding a collaborative element to the challenge.
