With a median field size of around 110 finishers, the races maintain a close-knit feel, though a steady attendance and a 21% repeat-runner rate suggest a dedicated following. The course is noted for its flat profile, making it a potentially fast day for participants. The atmosphere is festive, with post-race food, music, and Rogue beer, embodying the spirit of a holiday celebration.

Runners consistently praise the event's organization, with one reviewer highlighting perfect timing and flawless execution.
