It's time to SwimRun KNOX! SwimRun is about the experience, stepping out of your comfort zone, pushing yourself to the limit, and taking on whatever the course throws at you. You are about to embark on an epic adventure through nature either individually or with your teammate. Either way, you are guaranteed to have stories to tell when it’s all over! The race takes place at Mead's Quarry and Ijams Nature Center which is the gateway to the Dirty South aka the Urban Wilderness! Experience the SwimRun Experience with a new combined distance course! You are sure to enjoy the views, the front seat to all that nature offers, and a few surprises along the way!
