The Flash Fit Virtual Race series encourages runners to tackle a 5k, 10k, or half-marathon on their own terms. Participants can choose their preferred distance and complete their race on a course of their choosing, submitting results through various tracking platforms.
For those in the Arlington, VA area, a special community meet-up is scheduled for Saturday, August 8th. This provides an opportunity for local runners to plan their routes around the gathering and celebrate their achievements together after crossing their respective finish lines.

Summer running is tough, and we can all use a little extra motivation! Join the Flash Fit Virtual Race. You pick your distance - 5k, 10k, half-marathon. Pick your distance: 5k, 10k, or 13.1. Complete your race and share your results with me via Final Surge, Strava, plotaroute, etc. I will collect results and share with everyone running! And if you need help planning a route, let me know! **For local runners, we'll meet up on Saturday, August 8th - plan your route around this meet-up and we can celebrate our finishes together.
